Qualifications

• Forklift license and operation.
• Able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Willing to travel for training.

• Able to work any shift, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Must follow GMPs and quality standards.
• Good computer skills (Outlook/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Perform on-the-floor work with associates daily.
• Cover for unplanned absences and vacations.
• Assist managers with scheduling and planning.
• Lead training using SBSs and JIT methods.
• Monitor KPIs and data to drive improvements.
• Handle production scheduling in absence of manager.
• Ensure GMP compliance and food safety standards.
• Model professional work habits and teamwork.
