Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience; manufacturing/industrial background preferred.
• Experience with high-volume hiring and niche technical sourcing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing schedules and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with ATS and job boards for skilled trades.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant operators, sales, supply chain, and corporate teams.
• Collaborate with VP of HR and HR Director to align with headcount budgets.
• Consult with Plant Managers to define technical skill requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, schools, and social media.
• Maintain transparent candidate communication and manage hiring metrics.
