Job summary

Adept Group seeks a driven Talent Acquisition Manager to identify, engage, and place top packaging and engineering talent nationwide from a remote setting. You will build pipelines, partner with leadership, and navigate W-2 and 1099 engagements.

You’ll own the full lifecycle—from sourcing through onboarding—while delivering a superior candidate experience and contributing to Adept’s growing talent network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Engineering or related field
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting technical/engineering roles
• Experience with W-2 and 1099/contract models
• Familiarity with AI sourcing tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and engaging packaging and engineering talent nationwide
• Screening candidates for experience, skills, and fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes
• Own offer discussions and onboarding
• Maintain pipeline updates and metrics
• Ensure compliant, transparent recruiting processes
