Now Hiring a Plant Support Associate for a Great Company in Streetsboro, OH

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist production operators and supervisors as needed throughout the plant

• Move raw materials, finished goods, and scrap to designated areas

• Perform basic machine support tasks (loading/unloading, staging, cleanup)

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment (5S standards)

• Support packaging, labeling, and palletizing operations

• Conduct basic inspections and report defects or safety concerns

• Assist with changeovers, setups, and general plant tasks

• Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures

Schedule:

[First Shift[ 6:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Thursday) + OT on Friday as Needed

[Second Shift] 4:00pm - 2:30am (Monday - Thursday) + OT as Needed 4:00pm - 4:00am

Compensation:

[First Shift] $17.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)

[Second Shift] $19.00 per hour (Paid Weekly)
