Job summary

Hire Sync is seeking a dependable Production Associate for our Brook Park, OH facility to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.

In this role you will assist with food production and packaging, follow schedules and SOPs, inspect products for quality, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Shifts include 1st and 2nd, with mandatory overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
