Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions division is seeking Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This position is based in Youngsville, NC at our Youngsville Plant Operations, just 20 miles outside of Raleigh, NC. Relocation assistance available within US.
The Supply Chain Plant Manager is responsible for leading all supply chain operations for the Youngsville manufacturing site, ensuring the effective planning, procurement, storage, and delivery of materials required to meet customer demand and business objectives. This role oversees materials planning, production scheduling, purchasing of direct and indirect materials, inventory management, cycle counting, warehousing operations, and Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP). The position plays a critical role in driving supply chain performance, optimizing inventory and service levels, and supporting plant operational excellence. Additionally, this leader will be instrumental in scaling supply chain capabilities and processes to support the successful launch and ramp-up of the new MVSST product line, ensuring readiness, continuity of supply, and alignment with growth objectives.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year.
