Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience in Supplier Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or Operational Excellence required.
• Relocation benefits offered; must be within 50 miles of South Milwaukee, WI if relocating.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier performance across on-time delivery, responsiveness, capacity readiness, productivity, risk management, and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier business reviews, scorecards, KPI reviews, and performance action plans.
• Develop strategic supplier roadmaps aligned to growth, sourcing, and manufacturing objectives.
• Conduct supplier capacity assessments, readiness reviews, and scalability evaluations.
• Lead supplier recovery efforts for constrained or underperforming suppliers.
• Monitor supplier investment, expansion, and operational capability plans.
• Drive supplier productivity and lean manufacturing initiatives to improve flow, capacity, and delivery performance.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks through proactive assessment and contingency planning.
• Serve as escalation point for major supplier performance issues.
• Support new product introductions, production ramp-ups, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
