Job summary

Summit Midstream in the United States is seeking a Plant Supervisor to oversee safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency across facilities. The role focuses on maintaining process safety, environmental compliance, and staff training.

The position requires strong knowledge of gas processing, pipelines, and cryogenic operations, with experience supervising Plant Operators and coordinating maintenance and turnarounds. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of pipeline oil and gas or cryogenic experience.
• Knowledge of compressor packages and pipelines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of plant facilities and emergency plans.
• Verify maximum inlet gas volumes while minimizing costs and downtime.
• Coordinate upgrades to process, maintenance, and scheduling improvements.
• Manage scheduled shutdown/turnaround projects.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing process and equipment training.
