Summit Midstream Corporation is seeking a Plant Supervisor to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and maximum plant efficiency across facilities. You will oversee operators, monitor processes, and coordinate with engineering, construction and land teams to implement improvements.

The role emphasizes strong safety culture, cost-conscious operation, and leadership in training and incident prevention within a dynamic midstream environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of pipeline oil and gas or cryogenic experience.
• Knowledge of compressor packages and pipelines preferred.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance of plant facilities.
• Maximize inlet gas volumes while minimizing operating costs and downtime.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction and Land teams on projects.
• Directly supervise day-to-day activities of Plant Operators.
• Coordinate recommendations for process, maintenance and scheduling improvements.
• Coordinate and implement scheduled shutdowns/turnarounds.
• Coordinate training for new hires and ongoing training.
