Polyglass is a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing solutions. The Plant Superintendent oversees all production functions, drives continuous improvement, and interfaces with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and requires coaching staff toward operational excellence. Key activities include meeting safety, quality, and productivity standards, managing schedules, reducing downtime, and mentoring team members to advance their careers.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team of managers.
• Experience in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality, safety and productivity standards across the facility.
• Meet or exceed production metrics and minimize downtime.
• Coach and mentor multi-skilled teams and cross-train staff.
• Create and manage production schedules and inventory controls.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting operations and performance.
