Job summary

Ohio Gratings, Inc. is seeking a Plant Superintendent to direct daily plant and shift operations in manufacturing, quality assurance, and on-time delivery. You will implement annual plans and goals aligned with customer expectations and organizational requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, environmental compliance, continuous improvement, mentoring, and cross-training while upholding our faith-based values in daily work and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 3–5+ years of management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to interpret part prints, GD&T, CNC programs, and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all production departments.
• Support corporate values and productivity through people, profit, innovation and culture.
• Lead development of new markets and maintain competitive position.
• Establish KPIs to meet business goals and monitor performance.
• Promote safety and environmental compliance across the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve quality.
• Foster clear communication between departments and teams.
