About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Boiler Superintendent to lead and support industrial refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and mechanical operations within a high-production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multi-shift maintenance teams while ensuring system reliability, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.

This position is ideal for a seasoned maintenance leader with strong industrial refrigeration (ammonia preferred) and boiler operations experience who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily operations for industrial refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate maintenance personnel across multiple shifts
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce regulatory and facility safety standards
• Review equipment layouts, schematics, and technical drawings
• Coordinate preventative maintenance and corrective repair activities
