Job summary

L.V. Enterprises seeks a Plant Manager/Site Director for a greenfield manufacturing site in Napoleon, Ohio. This role leads startup operations, builds the leadership team, and establishes culture and processes to scale production.

Travel to existing plants in Pennsylvania and South Carolina is required during training; the ideal candidate will relocate to Napoleon when the facility becomes operational in 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive greenfield manufacturing leadership experience.
• Direct leadership of startup and scale-up operations.
• Proven track record managing large plants with significant workforce and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to build teams, develop leaders, and establish operating discipline.
• Navigate ambiguity and move from strategy to hands-on execution.

• Drive operational readiness, plant startup, and production ramp-up.
• Recruit, coach, and develop the plant leadership team.
• Foster a culture focused on safety, quality, accountability, and performance.
• Implement operating systems and practices for reliable, efficient production.
