Job summary

L.V. Enterprises seeks a Plant Manager/Site Director for a greenfield manufacturing site in Napoleon, Ohio. This role leads startup operations, builds the leadership team, and establishes culture and processes to scale production.

Travel to existing plants in Pennsylvania and South Carolina is required during training; the ideal candidate will relocate to Napoleon when the facility becomes operational in 2027.

Qualifications

• Extensive greenfield manufacturing leadership experience.
• Direct leadership of startup and scale-up operations.
• Proven track record managing large plants with significant workforce and P&L responsibility.
• Ability to build teams, develop leaders, and establish operating discipline.
• Navigate ambiguity and move from strategy to hands-on execution.

A major manufacturing facility is taking shape—and we’re looking for a proven leader to bring it to life. This greenfield Plant Manager opportunity offers the chance to shape an operation from the ground up: build the leadership team, establish the culture, lead startup, and scale

What You’ll Lead

• Operational readiness, plant startup, and production ramp-up.
• Hiring, coaching, and development of the plant leadership team.
• A culture built around safety, quality, accountability, and performance.
• Operating systems and practices that support reliable, efficient production.

What You Bring

• Extensive greenfield manufacturing experience, including direct leadership through startup and scale-up.
• A proven track record leading large manufacturing plants with substantial workforce and P&L responsibility.
• Experience building teams, developing leaders, and establishing operating discipline.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and move from strategy to hands-on execution.

Travel & Location

Until the facility is completed, extensive travel throughout the month to plants in Pennsylvania and South Carolina is required for training. Upon anticipated completion in 2027, this role will be based on-site in Napoleon, Ohio.
