Ag Processing Inc is seeking a 5th Shift Supervisor to lead production teams, coordinate equipment and production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service goals are met.

This role emphasizes supervising employees, training, monitoring logs, and supporting maintenance, with opportunities for advancement in a large soybean processing cooperative.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Regulatory knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NOPA, and BQ 9000.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees through scheduling, monitoring, and training.
• Monitor equipment and facility operations through logs, reports, and inspections.
• Assist with production and maintenance activities as needed, including loading/unloading, railcar movement, cleaning, and process operations.
• Review daily production records to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Assist with inventory control activities such as counting and sampling.
• Collect and test water samples and recommend process adjustments when needed.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and attend company meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is a cooperative founded in 1983 that processes, sells and transports soybeans, grains, and related products. Our company has become one of the largest soybean processing cooperatives in the world and our plants process soybeans that can be used in a variety of products such as animal feed, vegetable oil, and fuels.
