Job summary

Ag Processing Inc. seeks a 5th Shift Supervisor to lead production teams, coordinate equipment and production activities, and ensure safety, quality, and customer service standards.

The role involves supervising employees through scheduling, monitoring, and training; reviewing production records; assisting with maintenance, loading/unloading, railcar movement, and inventory control as needed. Strong communicator with problem-solving and organization skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NOPA and BQ 9000 regulations.
• Basic mechanical and electrical principles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support production employees through scheduling, monitoring and training.
• Monitor equipment and facility operations via logs, reports and inspections.
• Assist with production and maintenance, including loading/unloading and railcar movement.
• Review daily production records to ensure quality and efficiency.

The supervisor is responsible for coordinating employees, equipment, and production activities to meet daily operational goals while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and customer service.Who We AreAg Processing Inc (AGP) is a cooperative founded in 1983 that processes, sells and transports soybeans, grains, and related products.
