Achilles USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Plant Services Manager in Everett, WA to lead a high-volume maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operation around the clock.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, partner with production and engineering, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while managing budgets and training staff. Onsite role, Day Shift, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to prioritize and schedule maintenance to support production.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, fabrication, and equipment mods.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and train teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
• Coordinate utility systems maintenance (heat, steam, electric, gas, air).
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality to resolve issues.
• Develop procedures to reduce costs and improve operations.
