This position requires hands-on industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Education/Training: High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
5 years of experience leading or supervising industrial maintenance operations in a manufacturing or production environment, with an emphasis on mechanical systems and risk management training.
Skills/Aptitude: Mechanical ability, team building, math aptitude, and ability to troubleshoot problems. Effective written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, train, and educate. Ability to build successful regulatory agency relationships.
Working Conditions: Factory environment, airborne particles, machinery noise and occasional lifting up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to pass preemployment drug screen and background check
Onsite in Everett, Washington, Day Shift.
