Grace, a leading chemical company, seeks a Production Coordinator / Plant Scheduler for its Curtis Bay facility. You will translate master plans into daily schedules, manage material flow, and ensure uninterrupted production across batch and continuous processes.

Work involves coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and EHS to maintain schedule adherence, inventory accuracy, and safe operations in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling, material control, or logistics execution within chemical, petro-chemical, process manufacturing, or industrial plant environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP for production tracking, scheduling, and inventory movement transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, chemical engineering or related field; CPIM/CSCP is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop, publish, and maintain daily and weekly plant production schedules for batch and continuous chemical processes.
• Translate master production plans into optimized daily targets, equipment allocations, and operator schedules.
• Monitor real-time throughput, identify constraints or batch delays, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Lead scheduling alignment meetings with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Logistics.
• Coordinate movement of raw chemicals, intermediates, additives, packaging, and finished goods across storage units.
• Support monthly inventory close and track KPIs such as Schedule Adherence and Inventory Accuracy.
