Job summary

Printpack in Bloomington, Indiana is seeking a detail-oriented Plant Scheduler to join the Operations Planning team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, align resources, and ensure timely delivery of products. Ideal candidates thrive in dynamic environments and solve complex logistical challenges.

Responsibilities include developing production schedules, coordinating materials, and tracking performance metrics using Excel and PRISM. Required skills include strong communication, advanced Excel capabilities, and manufacturing knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in a manufacturing scheduling or production planning role is preferred.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective press schedules using production orders.
• Confirm graphics and raw materials are available before production.
• Communicate production schedules to all stakeholders.
• Track production metrics and create reports.
• Identify and resolve production delays and material shortages.
