Job summary

Link Snacks, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Compliance Specialist to administer and continually improve the company’s environmental, health, and safety programs.

You will ensure OSHA compliance and support a culture of safety across our Wisconsin operations. Responsibilities include developing safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, fire protection), maintaining regulatory records, conducting inspections, leading safety trainings, and coordinating with HR and maintenance to improve safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree not required but preferred in environmental health and safety.
• Experience implementing safety programs in manufacturing environments is a plus.
• AED, First-Aid/CPR, OSHA 30 training are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements safety programs (lockout/tagout, machine guarding, fire protection).
• Advises on safety protocols to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintains OSHA logs and regulatory documentation.
• Conducts safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Leads safety committee activities and training.
• Investigates incidents and tracks corrective actions.
