Job summary

Link Snacks is hiring a Sanitation Manager to lead and sustain a comprehensive sanitation program, ensuring safe food for customers and compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. The role drives continuous improvement in equipment cleaning, procedures, and personnel development within a fast-paced plant environment.

You will supervise sanitation teams, maintain safety standards, and coordinate with FSQ and vendors to uphold quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 3-5 years related experience/training.
• Supervise, direct, and instruct Team Members.
• Prior knowledge of food processing and sanitation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning and sanitation of all processing areas per USDA guidelines.
• Conduct preoperational inspections daily with FSQ.
• Assist with swab testing to control bacteria growth.
• Complete paperwork related to sanitation including HACCP and USDA requirements.
• Develop and document sanitation procedures for associates.
• Maintain chemical inventories and communicate needed supplies.
• Support plant audits and coordinate with vendors and FSQ Manager.
