Job summary

Image Associates Inc. is seeking a Safety & Environmental Compliance Manager to develop and maintain the plant's safety program.

You will lead hazard analyses, train employees, implement injury prevention processes, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local levels. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety and Health and 3-5 years of manufacturing safety management experience, with broad knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements and familiarity with metal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety and Health, Engineering, or similar required.
• 3-5 years' experience in a safety management position in manufacturing environment.
• Broad knowledge of OSHA/EPA/state and local safety and environmental requirements.
• Knowledge of metal forming and shaping machinery, with understanding of machine guarding, electrical safety, and lock-out/tag-out.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive Safety and Environmental Compliance program for the plant.
• Perform or coordinate job hazard analyses/job safety analyses for manufacturing operations.
• Develop an employee training program focused on safety.
• Implement accident prevention and injury prevention processes and procedures.
• Maintain a comprehensive safety program including emergency preparedness.
• Participate in safety audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain employee injury records.
