Job summary

LS Tractor USA LLC in Palestine, TX seeks a Safety & Administrative Coordinator to lead health and safety at facilities, implement policies, and maintain manuals, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations. Travel to company sites is required.

This role partners with facility leadership to drive safety programs, maintains OSHA logs, conducts training, and supports employee relations and incident investigations while upholding LS Tractor’s values.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Safety/Environmental Sciences or related field.
• 3 years of progressive work experience in Safety and Regulatory Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Safety: lead plant safety programs, policies, and leadership meetings.
• Administers audiometric testing and hearing conservation programs, monitors noise levels.
• Manages PPE, work clothing, and safety equipment programs within budget.
• Develops and administers health and safety education and training.
• Maintains OSHA 200/300 logs and coordinates inspections.
• Administers hazard communication (SDS, chemical inventory, training).
• develops job safety analyses and safe operating procedures; audits safety compliance.
• Coordinates workers’ compensation activities; maintains incident logs.
• Supports employee relations and effective communication across the plant.
• Provides leadership and regulatory compliance advocacy within LS Tractor facilities.
