Job summary

ENTEK is seeking a Reliabilities Maintenance & Utilities Manager to lead planning, scheduling, operation, and maintenance of critical plant systems. You will bridge operations and maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and productivity, while guiding a team through continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and collaboration with Facility Managers to minimize disruptions and support lean initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing maintenance, engineering, or operations.
• Equivalent combinations of education and supervisory experience considered.

• Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and non-emergency work orders.
