Job summary

Solenis Savannah facility seeks a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance, planning, and reliability efforts. This role reports to the Plant Manager and drives safe, efficient operations, preventive maintenance programs, and capital project support.

The successful candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and the Mechanical Integrity program while actively engaging with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• 5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment or similar.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with RMP/PSM standards.
• Maintenance planning and management experience.
• Plant maintenance experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute maintenance work orders.
• Oversee the plant Mechanical Integrity program.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the maintenance team.
• Participate in PSM activities including MOC, PSSR, and Incident Investigations.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
• Manage plant maintenance budget and interface with central engineering for large projects.
• Lead site teams and participate in corporate initiatives.
• Manage critical spare parts and storeroom inventory.
• Prepare and review permit documentation for regulatory compliance.
