Solenis Savannah facility seeks a skilled Maintenance & Reliability Manager to lead maintenance, planning, and reliability efforts. This role reports to the Plant Manager and drives safe, efficient operations, preventive maintenance programs, and capital project support.
The successful candidate will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and the Mechanical Integrity program while actively engaging with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and safety across the site.

Solenis' Savannah facility is seeking a skilled and safety-minded Maintenance & Reliability Manager to join the operations team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role is responsible for leading and coordinating all plant maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Outstanding communication skills and able to interact with Corporate Staff groups, hourly plant personnel, as well as staff. Understand and lead efforts around teamwork structures. Lead by example. Outstanding organizational skills. Self-managed. Technical problem-solving capabilities. Above average computer skills. Fundamental belief and demonstrated behaviors that safety & compliance is one of the most critical aspects to the role. Safety, compliance, and the overall Responsible Care process is supported by the Plant Engineer through demonstrating safety leadership; by participation and example.

Physical requirements: Walking up/down stairs, Lifting up to 50 lbs. #LI-Onsite
The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,530.00 and $137,181.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
