Job summary
Solenis is seeking a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to support the performance, integrity, and long-term reliability of plant equipment and systems. This role focuses on improving asset reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting engineering-based maintenance strategies within an industrial environment.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs, analyze equipment performance to drive improvements, and participate in reliability-centered
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in reliability engineering or maintenance planning.
- Familiarity with RCA, FMEA or RCM methodologies.
- Experience using SAP.
- Knowledge of API/ASME standards.
- Exposure to predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound).
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Analyze equipment performance to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
- Lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support capital and maintenance projects for equipment upgrades.
