• Maintenance and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with fired boilers or plant utilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance and Reliability functions including safety, quality, and cost control.
• Own Mechanical Integrity program and coordinate inspections and status updates.
• Lead engineering teams on product scale-ups, control systems, and process improvements.
• Support regulatory compliance, PSM, and environmental and process safety audits.
• Manage capital projects planning, budgets, and vendor coordination.
