Job summary

PurePower Technologies seeks an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead a reliability-focused team in an injector remanufacturing and fuel-pump manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervision experience.
• Demonstrated success improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs.
• Working knowledge of industrial facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
• Strong root-cause analysis and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead maintenance resources in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Own overall equipment uptime, availability, and reliability for plant production assets.
• Establish and drive uptime targets, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime reduction.
• Review downtime and recurring failures; lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Lead the plant preventive and predictive maintenance program; PMs on time and effective.
• Maintain equipment history and maintenance activity through the CMMS/maintenance system.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable maintenance technicians and facilities personnel.
• Ensure maintenance support across production shifts and rapid response to failures.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality to improve capability and performance.
• Develop and maintain a critical spare-parts strategy for production equipment.
• Own plant facility and infrastructure reliability (electrical, HVAC, utilities, life-safety).
• Identify risks and develop preventive, contingency, spare-parts, or capital plans.
• Manage outside contractors while ensuring compliance with safety and LOTO.
• Support maintenance and reliability of injector equipment, test stands, CNC, and automation systems.
