Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Facilities & Reliability Engineer to join a leading international manufacturing partner in sustainable packaging. You will balance hands-on maintenance with reliability improvements across critical site services, including HVAC, electrical, utilities, and fire protection.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities engineering, utilities, maintenance, reliability in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related engineering.
• Experience with HVAC, compressed air, electrical infrastructure or process support equipment.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and asset reliability.
• CMMS experience; SAP advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with boilers, fire protection or site infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture across site operations.
• Ensure facilities and infrastructure operate safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Monitor asset performance and drive reliability improvements.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and investigate failures.
• Support capital investment projects and engineering improvements.
• Coordinate engineering resources to meet operational requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and external providers.
