A. O. Smith Corporation is seeking a Plant Engineering & Facilities Manager in Ashland City, TN. You will lead maintenance, facilities, engineering, reliability, and capital project activities in a high‑volume manufacturing environment to ensure equipment reliability and safe, efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing with hands‑on leadership, strong technical background, and a track record of measurable improvements in reliability and facilities performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field.
Equivalent combination of education and extensive manufacturing experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance and reliability activities for the facility.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
Oversee equipment reliability for CNCs, welding equipment, presses, conveyors, robotics, and PLCs.
Manage capital projects from planning through execution within budget and schedule.
