Job summary

The ideal candidate will oversee preventive maintenance, CMMS, safety, and energy efficiency while directing teams across mechanical, electrical, and automation disciplines to improve equipment performance and facility uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing/plant experience.
• Experience leading maintenance, facilities, and engineering teams.
• Experience managing capital projects and CMMS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and reliability activities across the facility.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment.
