Qualifications

- 10+ years in manufacturing/industrial plant environments.
- Track record leading maintenance, facilities, and capital projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability activities across the facility.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
- Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
- Coordinate internal resources, contractors, and vendors to complete projects safely and on schedule.
- Ensure safety and compliance of production equipment and facilities.
