Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to improve asset performance across a highly automated manufacturing facility. You will integrate mechanical, electrical, controls, automation and reliability disciplines to shift from reactive to predictive maintenance.

The role collaborates with Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT/OT and equipment suppliers to advance digital manufacturing and data-driven maintenance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, plant engineering or industrial automation.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
