The role emphasizes implementing maintenance procedures using Total Productive Maintenance concepts in collaboration with Lean Manufacturing, driving continuous improvement and equipment availability across the plant.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required in engineering or related field.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Experience with reliability and TPM concepts is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability team and set maintenance strategy.
• Implement safety policies and standards.
• Maintain equipment availability and cost of operation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives with CI team.
• Ensure updated BOMs and spares.
• Drive TPM/Lean-driven maintenance improvements.
