Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Lean/Six Sigma Certification preferred.
• Project Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide production engineering/process control support for the ATY & Needlepunch department.
• Act as liaison between the Department Manager and department associates; ensure effective communication.
• Monitor safety, quality, production, processes, and procedures.
• Drive TPM initiatives, capital projects, and cost improvements.
• Investigate off-quality situations and analyze departmental performance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (discipline preferred) or equivalent
