Job summary

You will promote safety, drive reliability improvements, and manage projects from concept through startup to improve equipment performance and plant efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, 7+ years in manufacturing engineering or maintenance, and CMMS experience, with TPM and Six Sigma considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering or maintenance experience; 3+ years supervising manufacturing.
• Experience with TPM or reliability initiatives; CMMS implementation and usage; Six Sigma a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability and maintenance activities to improve plant efficiency.
• Promote safety and coordinate with maintenance and operations teams.
• Drive reliability strategies, analyze equipment performance, and reduce downtime.
• Direct construction and installation of engineering projects; manage budgets and schedules.
• Mentor and develop technical talent across the site.
