Job summary
Top Prospect Group, now part of HW Staffing Solutions, seeks a Plant Maintenance Controls Manager for Conway, SC onsite. You will lead a world-class safety program, set goals, and drive reliability initiatives to boost uptime and reduce costs.
You will coordinate with engineers and operations on new process conditions, manage documentation, and ensure ISO compliance. A mechanical engineering degree with 5–7 years in industrial manufacturing is required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required, Mechanical preferred.
- 5–7 years in industrial manufacturing environment.
- Maintenance engineering skills required.
- Experience with process automation and control.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety program to achieve world-class safety performance.
- Set goals and implement programs for plant objectives.
- Improve equipment reliability to increase on-stream time.
- Track reliability metrics and costs.
- Apply preventive and predictive maintenance tools.
- Coordinate with engineers and operators on new operating conditions.
- Maintain drawings, specifications, and inspection records in ISO compliance.
