Job summary

EFP is seeking a Maintenance Manager for its Bishopville, SC facility to lead maintenance operations, safety programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance, manage a team across shifts, and partner with Operations and Quality to ensure peak equipment reliability.

The role requires experience in manufacturing maintenance leadership, strong electrical knowledge, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of high‑voltage 3‑phase electrical systems and electromechanical equipment.
• Experience with CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment.
• Develop and manage preventive/predictive maintenance programs and PM schedules.
• Oversee budget, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives for the site.
