Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food safety, microbiology, or a related discipline.
• 4+ years of food industry experience.
• PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) and HACCP Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience with Aseptic Processing of Low-Acid Canned Foods (LACF) in hermetically sealed containers or retort.
• 2+ years of experience with HACCP, SQF, GFSI, FDA, and/or USDA audits.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Aufgaben

• Ensure FSMA, HACCP, GMP compliance and documented processes.
• Coordinate plant inspections and audits with leadership and report actions.
• Oversee aseptic quality events and mitigate risks to consumers and environment.
• Maintain sterilization qualifications and aseptic programs.
• Lead corrective actions and RCCA with QA Supervisors.
• Act as main contact for customer quality complaints.
• Monitor QA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
