Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Plant QA Manager to lead Food Safety, Packaging Quality, and Product Quality initiatives at the Baltimore facility. You will act as the primary liaison for Niagara Corporate Quality and audits, analyze trends, and drive improvements to meet regulatory and company standards.

The role requires deep knowledge of water chemistry, microbiology, and laboratory systems; leadership of QA staff; budgeting and supplier coordination; and collaboration with R&D for product

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in a related field is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with quality systems preferred.
• Strong data analysis and record-keeping abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facility in all Food Safety, Packaging Quality and Product Quality related activities.
• Serve as the primary plant liaison for Company Quality Initiatives and audits.
• Analyze data and drive improvement initiatives to meet Niagara quality standards.
• Track and lead root cause analysis for quality and customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance and record keeping for mandated quality checks and sanitation.
