Job summary

A leading staffing agency is seeking a Quality leader to drive plant-level performance and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires overseeing the Quality Management System, leading a team, and maintaining compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, extensive experience in Quality within manufacturing, and strong leadership and communication skills. Qualifications

• 7+ years in Quality within manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 (Lead Auditor preferred).
• Expertise in core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Quality strategy in partnership with plant leadership.
• Act as the primary customer quality interface.
• Own problem resolution using 8D and structured methods.
• Drive customer scorecard performance.
• Manage the Quality team and oversee daily operations.
