Job summary

Poclain Hydraulics is seeking a Plant Quality Manager to lead quality for North American products, processes, and services. You will report to the VP of Operations and influence customer, supplier, production, and project quality across the full lifecycle from development to aftermarket service.

You will manage a local team with connections across a global manufacturing organization, exchanging expertise and translating global quality initiatives into practical improvements at the Yorkville

Qualifications

• Leading manufacturing quality teams and developing technical capability.
• Applying structured problem-solving methods and verifying corrective actions.
• Managing supplier and project quality, audits, and certification readiness.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for quality aligned with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Develop and coach quality engineers, technicians, and aftermarket service employees.
• Strengthen quality across the plant by preventing defects and embedding quality in decisions.
• Lead QRQC for root-cause analysis and lasting corrective actions.
• Represent customer quality in communications, audits, and feedback-driven improvements.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure alignment with group standards.
• Deploy quality roadmaps and collaborate across the organization to advance improvements.
• Guide supplier and project quality activities across the product lifecycle.
