Qualifications

• Experience in leading audits.
• Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Ability to implement statistical tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and balance department priorities across plant locations.
• Oversee training and cross-training of QA staff.
• Provide support for manufacturing engineers, operators, supervisors, and planners.
• Perform audits around the plant.
• Create work instructions for new equipment.
• Coordinate vendor visits for qualification and calibration of equipment.
• Consider new technologies for manufacturing and decide if new inspection equipment is needed.
• Understand roles in quality to fill in when needed.
• Lead project management initiatives across sites.
