Qualifications

• 5+ years of plant QA experience in the food industry
• Experience supervising a QA team and audits
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and GFSI standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee GMP and food safety programs across the bakery
• Lead the site quality and regulatory compliance team
• Manage audits and corrective actions with third-party Inspectors
• Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance from raw materials to finished goods
• Maintain Quality Manual per GFSI standards
• Coordinate disposition of Hold/Release per policies
• Track product complaints and drive root-cause analyses
