Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM required.
• Minimum of 5 years quality management in manufacturing.
• Certification Green Belt preferred.
• Lean manufacturing training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the plant quality system.
• Establish quality assurance metrics and approaches for all processes.
• Manage quality function aligned with operating system objectives.
• Oversee audits, APQP/PPAP activities and PPAP documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement including RFT and cost of poor quality.
• Lead Six Sigma initiatives as Master Black Belt.
• Champion quality technology adoption and digital tools.
