Job summary

Arclin is seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Engineer to verify that manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and documentation are followed. This developmental role supports future advancement to a Process Engineer or Quality Manager within the Arclin network.

You will conduct audits, perform product and material testing, review data, verify equipment records, and identify gaps between required processes and actual plant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations or related field.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis tools.
• Adhere to company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing processes, work areas, and controls.
• Verify inspections and process steps are completed accurately.
• Compare practices against procedures and specs.
• Document findings and communicate gaps to owners.
• Follow up on corrective actions for effectiveness.
• Test raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Verify materials meet specs before release to production.
• Review QC data and production records for accuracy.
• Participate in quality, process engineering, and operations training.
