Job summary

Arclin in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Specialist to independently verify that our manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and required documentation are completed as defined. This role serves as an independent set of eyes on the plant floor, supporting safety, quality, and compliance.

This developmental role reports to the site Quality Manager and will conduct audits, perform product and material testing, review QC data, and identify gaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing.
• Strategic thinker with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong KPI understanding and results delivery.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct plant audits and verification of processes and controls.
• Review inspections, testing, and data for compliance.
• Document findings and communicate gaps to owners.
• Support training programs and cross‑functional initiatives.
