Job summary

Arclin in Dillon, SC is seeking a Manufacturing Compliance Specialist to independently verify that manufacturing processes, quality controls, inspections, testing, and documentation are completed as defined. This developmental role supports future site Operations or Quality leadership.

You will audit, test materials, review QC data, verify equipment and records, and identify gaps between procedures and practice, reporting to the site Quality Manager and contributing to safety and compliance on

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strategic thinker with ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results.
• Firm understanding of KPIs and delivering results.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, formatting), and Word.
• High professional ethics, dependability, good judgment and decisive action.
• Adhere to company safety and quality standards.
• Walking and climbing stairs in a plant environment; exposure to weather elements; on-call after hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Plant Audits & Verification of manufacturing processes, work areas and controls.
• Verify inspections, checks, and process steps are completed and accurate.
• Compare actual plant practices against procedures, standards, and specifications.
• Document audit findings and communicate gaps to the owner.
• Follow up on corrective actions to verify completion and effectiveness.
• Product & Material testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Review QC data and production records for completeness and compliance.
• Participate in training programs across quality, process engineering, and operations.
